Reflexology
This technique works on points on the feet that are a reflection of the body. Using thumb and finger pressure to access reflex points, reflexology helps relieve stress, create balance, improve circulation, and is a holistic approach to eliminating toxins, and stimulating the nervous system to assist the body in healing itself.
Prenatal
(Must be at least 13 weeks into pregnancy)
Along with the excitement of carrying a little bundle of joy comes added stress to the body of the mother-to-be. This massage will relieve physical and mental fatigue as well as help improve circulation.
